Not able to view VA in Internet Exporer using Launcher.html

Hello,

I have put my IP address in "access.dat" file and still I can't view the VA in IE.

Also, I have ran HA.trigger stop and start and still no luck.

using following syntax.

http://128.1.1.XX:4096/Launcher.html

Any idea why.
