P2000G3 health degraded after firmware upgrade
Hi,
after updating to firmware TS240R037, array's health is degraded. It claims Controller B components are failing. Seems quite logical, since there is no controller B installed! We have only Controller A (iSCSI 10GBps). Downgrading to the previous version (TS230P008) solves the problem. Any help would be appreciated. I tried to shutdown controller B but the operation can't be completed.
The failing components are:
compactflash
super-cap
management port

Re: P2000G3 health degraded after firmware upgrade
Hi,
sounds to me like it's a firmware issue.
Did you try restarting the existing controller too?
