Perfomance gain: P400i vs P600 or P800

I have a DL365 with an on-board P400i/256MB array controller.

What performance gain, if any, could I expect by upgrading to a P600 or P800 array controller card? The system is set up with 6 x 72 GB SAS drives RAID 5.
