Planning fast recovery on snapshots

I am planning on using RSM to take snapshots every 2 hours from every vdisks I have in EVA.
I made a job that first removes the old snapshot and then creates new.

I am using command SnapshotStorageVolume to get the snapshot.

I was wondering if this is a good way to snapshot my vdisks, or should I use enabled hosts and managed sets?

If I should be using the enabled hosts, how will I make the job so that I can limit the number of snapshots taken per host volume?
