Primary swap name change

I just build 3 new servers and applied patches. While building server I used special names to all LVs but swap space name I forget to change and now it is shows me /vg00/lvol2. I need to change it to /vg00/swap, what is a procedure to change it other than re-installation ?

Create new SWAP1 space with the help of SAM and assign it as primary swap. reboot the server. delete old swap space ( lvol2) and recreate new one with new name (SWAP)and again assign as primary swap and reboot the server.
