Problem with cveva 4.0 vcs3025, page not found in devices

Hello all,
sorry for my english.

I've a problem with EVA3000 when i launch the management page for devices HSV the Page cannot be displayed apear.

Do you know???
Please help me.
I try to, uninstall cveva 3.3 and install cveva 4.0 with vcs 3025, but the problem persist.
