Problem with log into MSA 2012fc
Hi all.
I'm unable to log in to MSA 2012fc on all interfaces, web, telnet, ssh. Web reporting "Unable to Authenticate Login", telnet and ssh just abort connection. Disk subsystem works well.
How can I reboot MC if I cannot to log in?
PS: I haven't Micro-DB9 cable....

- Get one, it will help you.
You can reseat one controller at a time as a last resort but don't you think having Micro-DB9 cable is more better!

Re: Problem with log into MSA 2012fc
What version of firmware are the controller's running? There was a bug a while back which stopped you from logging in, the only fix was a reboot of the effected control although it could impact both if not used for a while. You'll need to console in and reboot the controllers one at a time. Then make sure your firmware is up to date.
Thanks
