Problems rebuilding RAID 5
Server: HP Proliant DL380, RAID 5 (3 disks)
One of the drives in my server failed and I replaced the failed drive with a new one. After 2 hours the rebuild failed and the new drive was reporting bad.
I have now replaced the drive again with another new drive and the rebuild has currently been going on for 13 hours and is not finished yet. I made an just made an ADU report and it looks like the other new drive is reporting a lot of problems two. I have included the report.
Any suggestions. Is it not highly likely that this will fail eventually also?

Re: Problems rebuilding RAID 5
I would suggest to run the array diagnostic tool.
Might be a backplane issue?

Re: Problems rebuilding RAID 5
I included the diagnostics report in the original posting.
By the way it hasn't completed the rebuild yet. Now going on 20 hours.
