RH AS 3.0 U8 cannot install on DL580G4

hi All,
Product model: HP DL580R04 X7041 DC 4GB 2P CN Svr (S/N: CNG637S0GN)
Smart array P400 controller

Problem:
The customer purchased Redhat AS 3.0 U3 to install on DL580G4 server, when click restart server after the installation finished, and then the OS cannot boot up and stop on black screen immediately after the POST completed.

Note: the installation issue is not happened in windows.

disable the hyper-threading;
set the first boot on P400 controller.
