Raid 1 with Ultra 3 and U320

Is it possible to replace a 18 gb 15 k Ultra3 in a raid1 with a new 18 gb 15 k U320 ?

Maybe mixture of hard disk in a raid will cause some problem.

Yes you can replace an Ultra3 with U320 - the U320 will downgrade performance to that of a Ultra3.

The question is what array controller are you using, if it is an ultra 3 controller you will never get u320 performance from it.
