Rebuilding problems on DL380G4

I have a DL380G4 with 6x146G disks(RAID 5).
1 disk failed on the server, so replaced the failed disk to a new disk.
but the server has not recovered automatically.
first, the server operates for minutes but it has no amber and led lights.
how can I do to recover the system?
and when can I replace the failed disk with the new disk?
after what time(minute)? 1 or 2 minute(s)?
