I think you're trying to have 4GB to disks, or incorporate EVA into 4GB fabric?
4GB to EVA would still by 2GB to disk.
We have EVA8K's (HSV210-A), 4GB out, 4GB to disk I/O modules (4GB backend loop switches), but still 2GB to each I/O port.
The only way I'm aware of to get 4GB through-put to disks is with an EVA4400,6400 or 8400.
I think FC disks are only 2GB I/O.
Regards,
Louis

Hi,
Thanks for your reply, I meant that if one of the controllers failed, can I replace 2GB controller by a new 4GB controller?

Hi!
No you shouldn't - it is not supported.
HSV200 or HSV210 controllers are not compatible with HSV200 (A/B) or HSV210 (A/B) in the same EVA.
