Hi Uwe,

Thanks a billion for the timely help. The fix you indicated in the installation manual was the solution.

I had installed windows 2003 EE and command view 3.3. The same problem was coming as the smartstart 7.20 was in picture.

Once the elmsetup was run to reset the password, I am now able to access the sssu.

I could assign 100 points to UWE, if possible.

I have set up a system with W2003 (no EE) earlier this year and ran into similar problems: could not properly initialize the EVA, so I never tested SSSU. The document wasn't available then and I was a bit in a hurry, so I set everything up using 7.10.

Glad I could save you some time, so my problem was at least good for something ;-)
