Restarting HSV300 Controller on EVA4400

I recently upgraded EVA4400 from XCS9006000 to XCS9520000. Since the upgrade, the EVA has experienced warning below every 10 seconds.

"HSV300 Controller has changed Battery Cache Policy"

Has anyone had this before? Are there any fixes for this with out powercycle of EVA or the controllers?

Re: Restarting HSV300 Controller on EVA4400

Did you perform a full power-cycle of the EVA after updating to 09522000? That's mandatory.

I've seen this after updating to 09501000, and a power-cycle of the EVA solved it.

Thanks for your prompt reply..

Powercycle was done multiple times after the upgrade..

The cache policy warning started appearing after around 3 weeks later.

That happens when a battery changes it's state. You should review the EVA logs and look at all the battery events. Maybe one is transitioning to low charge or testing and then you see that event.
