SA Multipath compatibility with SA6400 and MSA500
Is the Smart Array Multipath Software 2.0 supported for use with Smart Array 6400 controllers attached to a Modular Storage Array 500? If not, is there any such support planned in the future, or is there another way to get multipath functionality with an MSA500?
Thanks,

Re: SA Multipath compatibility with SA6400 and MSA500
Here are a couple of options.
Modular Smart Array 500 High Availability Kit (includes MSA500 controller, 4-port IO Module, Smart Array Multipath Software and 2 SA-532 Adapters)
351281-B21
Or
4-Port Shared Storage Module with Smart Array Multipath Software
292944-B21
I hope this helps.

Re: SA Multipath compatibility with SA6400 and MSA500
Thanks for the info, but we have already purchased SA-6400 adapters. I don't think multipath was being considered when the purchase was made, but I'm exploring the options now. I tried installing the SA Multipath Software 2.0, and it basically did nothing, which I'm assuming is because it didn't see any compatible adapters. Is that correct?
Thanks,
- Steve

No, it didn't. We ended up having to use the SA-532 adapters.
