i want to ask help from you what is the step by step procedure on how to connect SAS drive MDS600 to BL460c G6.

Install the SAS switches in the Balde enclosure.

Install the MDS in the RACK.
Install disks
Power it on

Connect the MDS to the SAS switches.
Ensure you got latest FW on both SAS switches and the MDS.

Install Smart Array P700m controllers, in the server(s) that need connection to the MDS.

Start up the server.

If you have got a 1.xx FW you can't do a disk presentation. All servers can see all disks.

FW 2.xx or newer. You must create disk groupes and and present the disks to the servers.

Then you can create arrays on the disks, like on any other Samrt Array.
