SC08Ge HBA and Proliant DL380 G4

Are SC08Ge HBAs compatible with HP DL380G4 servers??

I know that SC08Ge HBAs are compatible with DL380G5 servers, but I'm interested in mixing SC08Ge HBAs with G4...

Don't think the G4 had PCI Express slots which is what this HBA is.

According to the specs there is an optional Riser Cage with PCI-E X4 available.
