SC11Xe SCSI card isn't being recognised


Hello,

I have an SC11Xe card which I put into an HP Proliant DL380 G5 and when I first installed it it picked it up and the tape drive which was running off it.

I booted into Windows 2003 and installed Symantec BackupExec.

When I rebooted the server the card is now not being picked up. I did try one of the other slots and the same thing happened again only this time I got a BSOD!

Anyone had this or has any ideas?
