SecurePath V4.0C for Windows server 2003
Hi,
I have installed Securepath V4.0C on Windows server 2003. after installation i can see the following utilities : autopath, SecurePathCfg,
spmgr, spprutil. These are CLI. From spmgr if i try to run any command it throws the following error " Error: Could not establish connection with spagent; it may not be running. " If i go to, Administrative tools -> Services, I see
SPAgent service is not running. If try to start it manually, it gives the error "Could not start SPAgent service on local computer" Can any one help me out, how can i get rid of it? Is there a GUI for Windows based securepath ? If it is how can i get it ?? Also while installing the securepath it did not ask me for license key. Is it a free software ?? Please point me if there is any latest version with GUI. Also, is securepath required for HP EVA-5000, HP XP12000, MSA 1000 array?
Thank you very much for help. This is my first posting in the forum. Hope to hear from forum folks soon.
