Smart Array 6400 and Winnt4.0 Boot.ini

I have installed Windows NT4.0 on C-drive on a Proliant 380G3 with SA6400 Raid controller.
But I have to install Windows NT4.0 on the same server but this time on D-drive. The problem is that Windows NT setup changes Boot.ini. Following is how it looks like.
[operating systems]
scsi(0)disk(4)rdisk(0)partition(2)
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)
Line nr 2 with "multidisk" is the right one.

Anybody seen this earlier ?
I installed the right WinNT 40 driver for the SA6400 during setup for D-partition..
