Smart Array P410i array 'queued for rebuilding' after two days.

Smart Array P410i array 'queued for rebuilding' after two days.

This weekend the array flagged drive 2 as failed and removed it. I replaced the drive and started the system and ACU noted the array as queued for rebuild. That was two days ago. I've attached my ADU report. Can someone help me shed some light on this?
