SmartArray P400 Write performance too slower

Hi all,

I have Proliant DL380 with SmartArray P400 controller and form raid-5. The problem is write performance very slow that is about 700MB per minute. Anyone have idea or suggestion?

The activity is copy file from SAN to local raid disk and from local ULTRIUM 960 to local raid disk.

I already try to enable Write cache to 100% or 50%. but the write speed still very slow.
