Software for HP MSA30 with (14) 300GB SCSI and MSA1500 Shelf
The driver page I found on the HP site directs me to support for the software. This is the HP page : http://bit.ly/cXL27g

Re: Software for HP MSA30 with (14) 300GB SCSI and MSA1500 Shelf
But the ACU is not showing it to me. The San Configuration manager is detecting a SGA070601Z storage sub system. But only shows me 12 of the 14 drives to configure. I think I'm missing some software.

Other tools most likely show the LUNs, but not the disks!
Hope this helps!
Regards
Torsten.

Re: Software for HP MSA30 with (14) 300GB SCSI and MSA1500 Shelf
I do not have any acl's on the MSA 1500 :
CLI-1>show acl
ACL is disabled. To enable ACL use 'add acl'.
Also doing show disks only showed me 12 disks. Re tried after power cycle . And deleted connections and acl's . Now ACU shows me all disks and I can start using the array :)
Thnx.,
