Sorageworks S1000, disabled NICs
By accident, I managed to disable all NICs on our Sorageworks S1000 NAS box. Is it possible to enable them again, without reconfiguring/reinstalling the whole box.
Please help.

Re: Sorageworks S1000, disabled NICs
The S1000 has a second copy of the OS on the hard drives that you can boot from...
There's a serial port on the back of the box. Connect either a PC with Hyperterminal or similar, or a terminal or something at 9600 baud, 8, none, and 1, hardware flow.
Reset the machine. Press the spacebar a couple of times (when prompted), and you can pick to boot from the backup OS image on the primary slave drive.
I haven't done this myself, which is why this answer is a little vague. The docs say that you can copy the OS image from the backup drives to the primary drives, but it doesn't say how. I suspect it will prompt you in some way.
If not, you should be able to get at the config GUI after booting from the backup OS image, and you should be all set.
Good luck!
