StorageWorks Modular SAN Array 1000. Have forgotten passwords and accounts. How recovery or reset by default?

U needs MSA1000 or SAN switch password?

MSA1000:-

Communicate to any one of the controllers thru the custom serial cable provided with MSA1000.
Use Hyperterminal : Hyperterm Settings :
baud: 19200
data: 8
parity: none
stop: 1
flow control: none

SAN Switch:-
===========
Communicat with HP local (backline) engineer & recovery the password, sorry I can not pass U SAN switch default password....
