If this is a line item on a SANDY (HP) order, is it physically included in the packages delivered, or just loaded on to the EVA onsite when the field tech visits?

When I ordered the T3724A which is the Command View EVA V4.0 media kit, I received a plastic box with several CD-ROMs and a little bit of 'paper'. I did install the software on the EVA management server and then delived everything including this box to the customer.

So, if a customer orders (in this case, a new EVA 3000) and the t3724a is listed on the order, they should receive a small package with a CD-ROM and instructions, it appears to me.
