The logical drive is queued for rebuilding

Someone can tell me why my raid can't rebuild correctly and ACU show always "The logical drive is queued for rebuilding"?
Is it a problem with disks? I notice that some disk show:
Read Errors Hard 0x0001ae0b

But "Predictive Failure Errors" is 0x00000000
