The "Universal Xport" does not have to have device file?ã

There is the customer who use N4000 and FC60(SC10) Array disks.
I had checked "ioscan -fnC disk" command on the system, which listed four "Universal Xport".
And One of them has device file, but other don't.

1. What the "Universal Xport" is?
2. The "Universal Xport" does not have to have device file?ã

***"ioscann -fnC disk" list sample ***

Does the #insf -eC disk will help in recreating these devices?
