Tool to take information about my storage MSA500

Hey all...!!

Is there any tool to take information about my storage ???
Like: if the 10 disks is working well, if some disk fail, etc.

I need this information to configure Nagios to get this information to me.
If I have a tool to query this thing to me and then get nagios to run those tools with a plugin.

Try the Array Diagnostics Utility 8. Here's the Link:

Once you save the report, extract the zip file to a folder. You will have a viewer that lets you view all the information, this includes:

1) Controller status
2) Drive Health / Firmware rev's
3) Logical Drive state/rebuild etc

I already use the ACU... but i use the interface..(web).
Do you know if i can get the information about the disks with commands in the linux bash ? (line command)

MSA500, does not allow access through the CLI, from the DB9 Port on the controller. So the only options we are left with is to either try SAUTIL (If connected to a SMART ARRAY CONTROLLER) or to use the ACUCLI.

You can run it from BASH too.
