Yesterday, we try to upgrade firmware of our controller, but after uprade process the result as the same.
Probably the problem is hardware failure in FC Controller.
We put MSA1000 Storage controller for warranty replacement.

There was hardware failure in MSA1000 FC Controller. Controller was replaced and now is OK
