Unable to Install Command View 8.0
I was attempting to install CV 8.0 when the server hung. The installation was at 97%. After the system came back up I couldn't restart the installation because it said it was already installed. I can't uninstall it because it's not in the Add/Remove programs. I have attempted to delete the files/folders and registry keys manually, but the installation keeps saying that the software is already installed.
I have also installed CV 8.0 on a temporary machine and copied the Uninstall files from that machine and run them. It claims to complete successfully but I still get the same error.
Anyone have any ideas as to what the installation is looking at to determine if CV is installed? Or is there a way to force CV to install?
Thanks...
