Unable to apply Command View License in CV EVA 9.0

Hi,

I have installed EVA 4400 with latest firmware and installed it with CV EVA but when trying to license the CV EVA the license would not get installed. Any one faced similar issue and any resolution for this issue.

What's the error message you get on the CV.
Usually you paste the license key and say install license.
Restart the cveva service and try again.
Or try browsing to the license text file which you received from the license team and then say install license.

Do you have a license for Command View >= 7?

The licenses can also be generated as a .dat file, which can be imported on Command View.

The WWN no on the EVA Controller and on the CV EVA General page are 2 different numbers do not know whether we can move the license from one to another as another thread suggested to look for the WWN number on the general tab of the CV EVA.

If you generated the license for the wrong WWN, call your sales representative. This must be corrected within HP contract database.
