Unable to rebuild the faulty hard drive in Raid-5 volume

HI,

we have a COMPAQ ML570 with Smart Array 4250ES. Tha smart Array 4250ES has two logical drives with raid1 and raid5. Last week, one of our drive in raid5 failed, now when we plugin any new drives it does not rebuild the drive. The errors it show in raid configuration utility are;

##############################################
SLOT SUMMARY:
Slot Num Slot Type Array Controllers and Host Adapters Detected
-------- --------- --------------------------------------------
Slot 10 PCI Smart Array 4250ES Controller

Slot 10 Smart Array 4250ES Controller ERROR REPORT:

Unable to communicate with drive on SCSI Port 1, Drive ID 15
Logical drive 2 status = Interim recovery (volume functional, but not fault tolerant)
SCSI Port 1, drive ID 15 failed - REPLACE
Array accelerator parity read errors: 1

Can someone please suggest how to rebuild the new drive in the controller without any data loss.

Regards and thanks,
