Re: Upgrade CV from 6.02 to 9.0x
You will have a 60 day grace period where you can manage your EVA fully, but after that, you lose the ability to create virtual disks and add disks to groups... util you supply the proper license.

Re: Upgrade CV from 6.02 to 9.0x
if you're EVA is under support you or your customer should have received the new licenses or a piece of paper with which you can create those licenses by webware.hp.com.
If you're EVA is not under support the only way to upgrade the licenses is AFAIK to buy new CV licenses.
Best regards,
Patrick

Re: Upgrade CV from 6.02 to 9.0x
So that we can do this during the 60-days grace-period (in case the customer doesnt find the paper at the time of upgrade)

Solutionyou need the ordernumber which is printed on the entitlement certificate that HP has send to you. If you haven't received liceses or the certificate, but you EVA is still under support, contact you HP sales representative.
With the ordernumber and the WWN of the EVA you can create the needed licenses for CV 7.0 and newer.
Best regards,
Patrick
