Upgrading CVSDM for VA7410

Hello ,
Can anyone tell me the correct procedure for upgrading CVSDM ver. 1.06 to ver. 1.09.2....??
I will be upgrading an VA7410 fw fron A120 to A140 and it seems like I need to upgrade the CVSDM also.
I have been looking on the Service Note 5303 but I am a bit confused.

find the version for your OS here

and follow the notes.
