Utility for scsi-3 commands

Is there any utility that i can issue scsi-3 commands to MA8000 on Windows plataform?
I need something to release a scsi reserve command on a specific lun in MA8000.

you can use hpprutil.exe utility to clear persistent reservations. refer

Hasan, i've read this article , but is intended to use in EVA system, not in MA.
Is it possible, or has a chance of, to function on MA systens?

I dont have any idea about MA side.

It's a production system. I must have sure that it won't impact the hole MA and other servers.
