I am looking for the link to download the latest VA7100 firmware.

Hi,

You cannot download the firmware for a VA7100.
You have to ask it at HP, if you have a supportcontract the upgrade is included.
If try to find it myself once, but it is not on the net

You can find several firmware files for disks if you have a look at the "download software & drivers" site and search for the ds2405. But the VA upgrade is considered to made by a HP engineer only, so you won't find the files on the net.
