VA 7400 Business Copy Error

VA 7400 Business Copy Error

We have VA 7400, when I cerate Business Copy everything is OK, but when I try to issue "Delete Copy", "Copy from Parent" or "Copy to Parent" command I get an error "Illegal command for current array state." Array is in Ready state.

Does anybody has an idea??
