Hello there!
Do anybody know, can I use VA7400 as just JBOD, not as AutoRAID?

Nope. The VA7400 is RAID 1+0 or AutoRAID only. But, you could use the JBOD enclosures (if you have any) and you reformat the disks back to 512 byte sectors.

Hello,

If you want a JBOD, buy the ds2405, which is exactly the same thing as the VA7400 but no RAID controlling.
