VA7400 remains in state TESTING

Hello,

I have VA7400 and after powering up the array is still in state TESTING and will not go into state READY. LUNs are available to hosts, but ARM processor is not accesible, so configuration is not possible, or CommandView is not working.
The only possibility to communicate with the device is through serial line.

Have anyone some idea?
