VA7410 Problems for LUN with VXVM

Hie,
I have created LUNS on a VA7410. When I initialise disks (LUNS) VXVM says error.
What action can I do for VXVM accept LUNS.
On this VA7410 2 servers are connected. For one server no problem and for the other it is nor possible to initialise with VXVM.
How can I delete disks.
When I use vxadmdisk I can't delete only to be off.
