Hello Everybody
We have a VA7410 and we are facing LUN switch errors on the same. I have found that changing the resiliency settings from Normal ( which is default) to High Performance can resolve this issue. Now I would like to know whether can we make this change online without affecting our production setup.
Max points assured to the helpful replies.

Solution
Hi,
although you can do the change online, what the resiliency setting "HiPerf" does, is that the disk mapping ist not copied down from the controller to the map disks anymore (only upon controller shutdown).
So this setting is not recommended. Make sure you do not have a HW issue with your array. This may (or rather will) include extracting lengthy logs and sending them to HP support for analysis.
Regards
Bernhard

Re: VA7410 Resiliency settings.
Thanks,
But we are doing it as work around. We have to upgrde the Disk firmware to the latest.
Mostly we will return to the old setting again.
