I do not think this service note or customer letter is available on the web site, but guess HP will send it to you by your request.
If you're in doubt to upgrade or not then the answer is TO UPGRADE. A100 has some important fixes and enchancements. In addition at the same time it's important to revise all disks and upgrade them with latest disk firmware.
Call HP and negotiate upgrades.
