Warning: couldn't query physical volume

I have had a call into HP for 2 days and have not received an answer. Hopefully someone has had this error:

vgdisplay: Warning: couldn't query physical volume "/dev/dsk/c10t0d2":
The specified path does not correspond to physical volume attached to this volume group.
vgdisplay: Warning: couldn't query all the physical volumes.

I have ran ioscan -fnC disk and everything is showing claimed.

It does not appear to be a bad disk. No amber lights on HP 7100.

May be the volume group information is corrupted in the disk. Try doing a vgexport and vgscan/vgcfgimport.
