What FC adatper to use on VA7410

Hi,

Asked this question to HP sales, but they where not sure..
What FC adapter do you use
to connect a VA7410 to a K570
server. Got two to choose from, A6684A or A6685A ?

Please use A6685A, they're designed for K-class servers

we are successfully using
"A6795A PCI 2Gb Tachlite Fibre Channel Adapter" with L-Class. Don't know if it's available for K-Class.

No way. K-class does not have PCI bus. Only HSC. So available choices are A6685A (fabric) or A3404A (loop only, obsolete)

Wow =). HPUX stuff is kind of exotic things for me. However I have several K-Classes in my responsibility, but had no time to dig deeper in to configuration of these monsters %). I'm amazed that these boxes have no PCI ...

K-class machines are a pretty old design. At the time, HSC was a fast bus.
