XP512 support
Hello,
I have a client who currently has several XP512s connected on his network architecture. The client is interested in redesigning his architecture and may no longer require all the XP512s to be operational but he wants to keep them all on-site even if certain ones operate as "spares". The XP512s are currently supported by HP but the client is thinking about providing his own internal support on some of the equipment used less with a standard solution across various platforms. Is it possible for him to reconfigure the "phone home" connection so that he can centralise any potential messages internally on equipment no longer supported by HP ?
Thanks for your advice.
