How can be sure if the XP512 fulfills these estimations
The estimations are around 100w/s - 80r/s and 400Kb w/s and 400KB r/s

Solution
This is no big deal, it is just a matter of how the XP512 is set up!
Here are some performance figures:
A single CHIP pair can do 41'000 IO/s or 464MB/sec max reads. (you can have up to 4 CHIP pairs)
A single ACP can do 7'300 IO/s or 318MB/sec max reads. (you can have up to 4 ACPs)
The backend (real disk IO) can do 31'000 IO/s or 840 MB/s max reads.
A single Array Group (4 physical disks) can do 450 IO/s or 65 MB/sec max reads or 300 IO/sec or 40 MB/sec writes in Raid1 and 200 IO/sec or 40MB/sec writes in Raid5 (You can have up to 126 Array Groups)
So you see it is easy to achieve even with a single Array Group.
The XP performs better the more IO hit it and the better you stripe your accesses over the Array Groups.
