That probably means that disk
Device ID: "RZ1CD-CS (C) DEC" Device Serial Number: "LG610516"
had some retry in writing data.
That can caused by bad block, some time-out and simular.
Nothing to worry about too much. But if this disk produce many messages like that, it should be replaced.

Hi,
Yes, the disk DISK20300 was who logged this error. It´s a recovered error and you have to monitor it if that happen frequently probably you have to replace the disk.
