add disk to raid5 array

I have a ML350T04 with SA641 raid controller.
This machine is running SBS2003, now getting short of disk space. There are 3x 72GB U320 disks in the machine.
Is it possible to add a disk on a running system and configure it to expand diskspace? If yes, is it possible to add 2 drives at once, or do I have to wait for sync to be ready first?
Some good howto on this available?
