batteries

I just went from a smart 221 to the 3200. I am getting a message saying the array config. utility has detected low voltage on the batteries and the array config. utility has been put on hold until the batteries have been charged. How long does this take and is the normal?

It takes (approx) 36 hours to recharge the batteries .
